About
Thomas is a multidisciplinary Director with over 15 years of experience in the cultural sector, spanning strategy, research, and design. He has led projects from early briefing and funding stages through to concept development and delivery, shaping major regeneration initiatives, public spaces, museums, and visitor destinations.
With a career that bridges both government roles and private design consultancies, Thomas brings a broad, international perspective and a depth of expertise to every project. At Museum Studio, his award-winning portfolio includes the Oman Across Ages Museum, Museum MACAN, The RAF Museum, and Carlsberg Home.
A firm believer in collaboration and ideation, Thomas fosters a dynamic and inclusive creative process, ensuring multidisciplinary teams seamlessly integrate with clients and stakeholders. His commitment to diversity extends beyond his projects — he has served on Historic England’s Inclusion, Diversity & Equality Board and co-chaired its Race Equality Network, championing equitable representation in the built environment.
