Shaping the Region

Origins, Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Project

Origins tells the story of a city and region.

It gets to the heart of Norfolk’s identity by exploring the ways in which the area has been shaped settlers from other countries. It looks at the skills and traditions they brought and how they impacted their new environment.

Set in Michael Hopkins’ Forum Central Library building in the historic centre of Norwich, Origins demonstrates that history is all around us - a vital component in understanding our lives.
