Leighton Laid Bare
The performances consisted of a dramatised biographical presentation of the life and acquaintances of Lord Frederick Leighton which took place several times a day.
The audience was transported in time to be part of the reminiscences and gossip of people who knew Lord Leighton intimately. They offered illuminating insights into his private life, his work and his ideals. The complex personality of a great Victorian is assembled before us.
