Jim Brought, our Director of Strategy, has been talking to Experience UK about the importance of Expo ahead of DIT's Trade Mission to the UAE.
We are one of thirty companies, which reflect the 'best of the best' of UK creative industries, that have been handpicked by DIT’s experience economy team to join the jam-packed trade mission to the UAE. The mission will showcase how the powerhouse of UK creatives can break new ground in the ultra-thriving Gulf Region market.
Ahead of our trip to the UAE, Jim Broughton spoke to Experience UK about the importance of Expo. Jim explains that 'the Gulf is the most exciting area of the world right now for the creation of visitor experiences. So much is happening, on such an ambitious scale and with such high aspirations of quality, that we cannot help but be energised by it. From our previous work in the region, we’ve learned something of its extraordinary wealth of cultural heritage, and of the great investments that are being made in society more broadly. We see a real drive on the part of client organisations to take the best experience from around the world, with the advantage of the knowledge capital that brings, but to also deliver more sustainably, to drive innovation onwards, and so on'.
