Kelvingrove named second best in the world for visitor satisfaction

Congratulations to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, named the second-best museum in the world for visitor satisfaction in a global study of over 82,000 reviews.

In 2004, we began working with the Kelvingrove team to reimagine the museum as a space for the whole city – one that’s open, inclusive and rooted in Glasgow’s social and cultural life. The transformation brought clarity and accessibility to a once complex Victorian institution, using the themes of Life and Expression to guide the visitor experience.

It’s fantastic to see how the museum continues to resonate with visitors of all ages – a testament to the vision, collaboration and ambition behind its transformation.
